【步骤一】:把西红柿去皮后切成小颗粒,土豆去皮后也切成颗粒,洋葱同样切成小颗粒装盘备用。

(1)制作打卤面最好用湿面,湿面口感筋道,一般也不会黏成一团。

(2)打卤面要不拘一格,根据自己的喜欢添加材料和调料就好。喜欢辣的多放点辣椒,喜欢酸的可以放点醋、喜欢香的可以多放点肉。
